Bruker-AXS D8 Discover X-ray diffractometer
Since March 2021, the Chair of Non-Metallic Materials has been operating a DFG-funded Bruker-AXS D8 Discover X-ray powder diffractometer. This large-scale instrument offers a wide range of diffraction-based measurement methods for characterization of a wide variety of materials and properties.
